Customer Communication Letter – Sep 1,2026 Material Cost Adjustment

To Our Valued Customers,

Entegris remains committed to providing the high-quality materials,products,and services that support your business and evolving technology requirements.

Over the past several months,Entegris has experienced significant increases in costs associated with key raw materials, energy, packaging,

 logistics, labor and supply chain operations.While we have worked diligently to offset these increases through productivity improvements,operational efficiencies,

and costcontrol initiatives,we are unable to absorb the full impact of these sustained cost pressures.

As part of our commitment to supporting our customers,Entegris has absorbed a significant portion of these cost increases.However,to maintain product quality,supply reliability,

and continued investment in our operations,we must transfer a portion of these increased costs through targeted price adjustments on select products effective September 1,2026.

Orders received before September 1, 2026 will be processed at current pricing, subject to normal purchasing patterns and standard lead times.

Entegris reserves the right to review and decline orders that materially exceed historical purchasing volumes or contain unusually extended delivery schedules.

Please refer to the attached pricing schedule for details regarding the products affected and the revised prices effective September 1,2026.

凡在 2026 年 9 月 1 日之前收到的订单，将按现行价格处理（前提是符合常规采购模式及标准交货周期）。

对于采购量显著超出历史水平或交货期要求异常延长的订单，Entegris 保留进行评估及拒绝受理的权利。
